This part is made for our foreign customers.The machining quantity of the parts is large, and the external size is about 350*350*20MM. The main processing equipment is CNC machining center and linear cutting equipment.The surface finish of parts is required to be RA1.6.
In processing this part, we should pay attention to the symmetry of each shape, pay attention to the geometric tolerance of each size and position tolerance.For the main groove, we use wire cutting machine processing, if the round corners are required, we can use CNC processing.The material of this part is S136H, which is a kind of pre-hard material with high strength and not easy to rust.We use cubic CMM to check the full size of this part.
