This is a machine part we process for foreign customers.The part shown here is a complex aluminum alloy mechanical part.We use a four - axis machining center for processing.At the same time, accessories line cutting machine equipment processing fine hole.This part processing needs to control the feed amount, in order to prevent parts from deformation.The size tolerance of hole and hole position in the part is ±0.02mm, and the surface finish is required to be RA1.6. The accuracy of the two large holes in the figure is ±0.02mm, and the boring precision needs to be controlled.Anodizing slightly changes the size of the hole in the part, so after surface treatment, it should also be re-inspected.After processing, we use cubic coordinate machine for full size inspection.

The material of this part is aviation aluminum AL7075, which has good mechanical properties and high strength, and is more suitable for the design of complex parts.
